Every claim traced to the brief

Invented date caught and removed

See the method work

Watch one brief become three drafts you can stand behind.

The worked example from the free sample, step by step: mark the facts, prompt with limits, compare the drafts and catch what the assistant invented.

Silent animated illustration of the free sample’s worked example. Fictional brand; no real product, client or tool is shown.

Read the demo as text
  1. Mark the facts first. The brief (M1) supports five facts: the duration, the topic, the worksheet, the audience and the registration timing. The date and price are not confirmed, so they stay out.
  2. Prompt with clear limits. The drafting prompt limits the assistant to M1 and M2, keeps one action, rules out invented dates, prices, discounts, scarcity or outcomes, and asks for unconfirmed facts to be listed. Nothing is sent or published.
  3. Three drafts, one message. A post, an email and an ad share one message and one action, “Request the programme”, and each names the facts it used. The date and price are listed as not supplied.
  4. Catch what was invented. The line “Double your sales this Friday — only three places left.” fails three times: an invented result, an invented date and invented scarcity. The fixed line reads “See what the workshop covers. Request the programme.”
  5. Review before release. The review card: every claim has a source in M1, missing facts stay missing, the tone matches M2, all three drafts ask for the same action, and a human reviews before anything is released.

A process you can follow

Brief, drafts, review. Always in that order.

01

Prepare the input

A brief with the goal, audience, tone of voice, checkable facts and what must never be said. It's what turns a generic answer into a useful draft.

02

Generate the drafts

A social post, an email and an ad from the same information, using instructions you reuse with every client.

03

Review before you deliver

A checklist for facts, permissions, tone and brand consistency. AI suggests; you decide what gets published.

The tool isn't the problem

The draft AI gives you isn't what you deliver to a client.

It sounds like everyone

Without the client's voice, facts and limits, AI writes for anyone. Clients notice on the first read.

Fixing it takes longer than writing it

Rewriting the tone, correcting facts and cutting what doesn't belong turns the shortcut into yet another task.

Every job starts from zero

A one-off prompt isn't a process: you can't reuse it, delegate it or keep it working when the client or the team changes.

What you'll be able to do

Four deliverables you already make for clients, with a process behind them.

Brief and campaign plan

From tone of voice and objective to a campaign calendar your client can sign off.

Assets and adaptations

Posts, emails and ads from a single brief, checked for facts and consistency.

Review and reporting

A supervised agent that prepares the review and the results summary for your client.

A complete campaign

The final project: a campaign reviewed end to end, plus a routine to repeat it.

Contents

Ten chapters: foundations first, applications second.

Part I · Foundations

  1. 01Make your first checked draftYou do not need previous experience with AI. In about fifteen minutes you will make one small fictional draft, find a mistake, correct it and save the result.
  2. 02Give the assistant a usable briefYou will write a complete brief, save reusable task instructions and test the result.
  3. 03Review the result, then measure the workYou will review a draft in a fixed order, keep a review log and measure the whole job honestly.
  4. 04Build a campaign from a brief that can be checkedYou will turn one client brief into a campaign plan the client can sign off.
  5. 05Write the assets, then adapt their shapeYou will work through one full campaign workflow (A) and two shorter contrasting copy sets (B and C).
  6. 06Prepare the review and reportYou will review Campaign A and prepare a draft client report using an ordinary conversation.

Part II · Applications

  1. 07Choose a tool for the workYou will test up to two approved tools on a task you can check and record a decision you can explain.
  2. 08Turn a good procedure into a skillYou will turn the chapter 4 procedure into your first skill, test it on three inputs and version it.
  3. 09Delegate a limited task, optionallyYou will delegate one procedure you have already completed manually, inspect every returned file and record the next human decision.
  4. 10Complete a campaign and make the routine repeatableYou will complete Campaign A end to end and set up a routine you can repeat.

Before you decide

Fair questions, answered.

'There are free prompts everywhere.'

And they're good for one answer. This is a process: brief, reusable instructions, review and delivery, illustrated with complete fictional examples and designed to repeat with every client.

'Will it work with my tools?'

Start with one approved text assistant and the manual method. Optional product guides are dated; illustrative examples are distinguished from observed test results.

'Won't it be out of date in two months?'

This draft identifies its revision and sources. Tool instructions can change; consult the dated setup guide and current provider documentation before use. Update terms will be stated if sales open.
